4th of July Paella Party

Hi!  I know it has been a while.... but we have been super duper busy making paella!  No joke people, paella season is officially never-ending!  What can I say though, its a blessing to be able to share this wonderful dish with so many people.  This party that we did right before 4th of July was so so much fun because so many people that we have cooked for were there!! It was a great pleasure to be able to say hi and re-connect with so many of you who have helped our little paella dream become a reality. Its Summer Time! Paella Season In Full Force

Hi Everyone!

Its summer time, which means we have paella parties 4 out of 7 nights of the week!  I could probably make paella blindfolded by this point - but each party proves to have some surprise around the corner.  In this case, we had an amazing flamenco dancer.  I love it when there is some unexpected entertainment!  Our hosts were the most gracious and fun-loving couple.  Hoping to do another late night paella party with them soon!
